Kane of Sanford Management Services and King & Newton is now a licensed auctioneer in Mass.

A certificate for completing 80 hours of training as an auctioneer has been awarded by the International Auction School (IAS), to Martin Kane, who is now a licensed auctioneer in the state of Mass. Kane is a licensed commercial real estate broker with King & Newton, LLC Commercial Real Estate located 935 Main St., Springfield. Kane is a board member of the new Realtors Commercial Alliance, and president of Sanford Management Services, Inc. (SMS). SMS Auctioneers group will specialize in real estate, business and commercial sale. King & Newton in conjunction with SMS Auctioneers group will now be offering this additional service to their clients along with their normal brokerage, leasing and appraisal services.
