Kaplan Commercial and Parsons Comm'l. complete 45,650 s/f lease

Rick Kaplan of Kaplan Commercial Properties, Inc. and Arlon Brown of Parsons Commercial Group represented George Weston Bakeries, Inc. in the leasing of 45,650 square feet of distribution space at 234 Ballardvale St., for an extended period of time. Cushman & Wakefield represented RREEF, the landlord of the building.  G.W. Bakeries, Inc. is a subsidiary of George Weston Limited which is a publicly traded Canadian company started in 1882 with annual sales of over 30 billion dollars. George Weston Bakeries is a distributor of baked goods.
