Kaplan of RE/MAX Executive Realty brokers two sales totaling $1.115 million

Rick Kaplan, president of the commercial division of RE/MAX Executive Realty recently completed the sale of two commercial properties. 4 Tripp St. is a 16,857 s/f industrial building. The buyer, Holiday Manufacturing, had been leasing the property since 2008. The buyer specializes in manufacturing hand bows for the holiday season. The building sold for $740,000. The second property, located at 4 Mill St., Bellingham is a 4,800 s/f two story office building situated on 1.5 acres. The buyer, Mill St Property LLC, Ultimate Chimney Sweep has been a family run business since 1993. They specialize in all aspects of chimney cleaning, maintenance and repairs. This property was sold for $375,000. Kaplan represented both the buyer and the seller on both properties.
