Rick Kaplan, president of the Commercial Division of RE/MAX Executive Realty recently represented CDN Land Co. in the sale of a 31,200 s/f warehouse building on 3.08 acres of land at 53 Sumner St. Eric Brosler of Metrowest Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer, Sumner Jaggi LLC who has a food distribution business. The building sold for $1.53 million.

Kaplan also sold 2 other properties within the last month. He sold a 3,000 s/f industrial building located at 31 Maple St., Bellingham, in which he represented both the owner and buyer exclusively. The property was purchased by Old New England Construction who is a general contractor that specializes in retail buildings such as supermarkets.
Lastly, he recently represented the buyer in the purchase of a 6,800 s/f office and warehouse building located at 108 Adams St., Medfield. The seller was represented by John Eysenbach of R.W. Holmes Realty Co. The property was purchased by John Calarese & Co. who specializes in sale of supplies to the janitorial & food service industry.
