Karney of O,R&L brokers 3 leases at 55 Airport Rd. totaling 2,420 s/f
Carol Karney of O,R&L Commercial, LLC recently completed three leases totaling approximately 2,420 s/f at 55 Airport Rd.
Karney represented the landlord, 55 Airport Road LP, as well as two of the tenants, Pioneer Tool Supply Company Inc. and Action Steel, LLC. Larry Levere of Sentry Commercial Real Estate represented the Compass Youth Collaborative tenant.
