Kauffman of Sea Watch Realty sells 9 Aldrin Road for $1.45 million
Stephen Kauffman of Sea Watch Realty has sold the 41,500 s/f industrial warehouse space located on 9 Aldrin Rd. for $1.45 million. The seller was The Aldrin Road Realty Trust transferring ownership to 4M 9 Aldrin LLC. Bridgewater Savings Bank financed the transaction.
The new owner plans to occupy 7,500 s/f for Commercial Masonry Corporation and lease out approximately 28,000 s/f of newly renovated space. Construction is underway for solar roof panels, new masonry siding, landscaping, roof replacement, energy saving lighting, and repaved parking areas.
Current tenants in the building are Easecare Ambulance Service and Lou's Custom Exhaust.
The property offers access to Rtes. 3 and 44, loading docks, large drive-in doors and showroom street visibility.
