The closing of “Bridge View” marks a significant transaction for the local luxury real estate market. The 6,000 s/f shingle-style residence, built in 2020 on .66 waterfront acres, offers 180-degree views of Narragansett Bay and the Newport and Mt. Hope Bridges. The property features an open-concept main level, a chef’s kitchen with a 10-seat bar, six ensuite bedrooms, a private elevator, and a separate guest carriage house. Complete with direct beach access, a boat mooring, a heated three-car garage, and a whole-house generator, this premier estate seamlessly combines timeless coastal architecture with modern luxury.

“I truly enjoyed the opportunity to represent such a well-designed and well-built home offering views of Narragansett Bay from nearly every room of the hous,” said Bailey. “The owners’ pride and meticulous attention to detail and quality created an exceptional home that was a delight to showcase. I wish the sellers all the best in their new home on the island, and I hope the buyer enjoys calling 10 Coulter home for his family”.
