The property was sold with permits for a 20,000 s/f medical office building which the buyer, Alpines LLC, has constructed. Steve Kauffman of Sea Watch Realty listed the property for sale and brokered the transaction between the seller, Scobee LLC and the buyer.
Kauffman of Sea Watch Realty as the listing broker has leased 6,668 s/f of the newly constructed medical office building located at 1 Scobee Circle to the Rehabilitation Hospital of Cape and Islands, a division of Partners Health Care, to operate an outpatient physical and occupational therapy services facility. Occupancy is scheduled for this month. The tenant was represented by McCall & Almy.
