Matthew Keefe, president and Harden Crawford, executive vice president of HK Group health care properties investment division, Westport brokered the sale and arranged the financing of Commerce Park for $13 million. Commerce Park is a six building 76,509 s/f medical office building portfolio located off Rte. I-95 within close proximity of the Milford Hospital and Milford's central business district. The buildings are currently 100% occupied and were sold to a New York City investment fund. The seller was Smith Craft Real Estate Corp. Both sides of the deal were represented by Keefe and Crawford.
