Keefe of Greater Boston Commercial Properties concurrently handles $1.2 million sale and 8,135 s/f lease

Bolton, MA James Keefe of Greater Boston Commercial Properties (GBCP) has completed the sale of 58A Main St. The 8,135 s/f flex industrial property offers access off  I-495. Keefe represented the seller, Cottage City Distributors, LLC in the sale and 58 Main St. LLC, the buyer, in the procurement of a tenant. 

The seller, Nicholas Catt said, “Working with James Keefe and Greater Boston Commercial Properties has been a real game changer in the marketing, sale, and subsequent lease of this property. The knowledge and experience that James and his colleagues brought to this project has been invaluable to its successful outcome for all parties involved.”
