Keeler and Litchfield of Concord Commercial Real Estate broker $219,000 sale

Jody Keeler of Concord Commercial Real Estate represented Alouette Homes of Quebec, Canada in the $219,000 sale of 2.09 acres of commercial land and two buildings at 851-859 Dover Rd. The property was formerly used by Alouette Homes as their New Hampshire retail sales office. Brenda Litchfield of Concord Commercial Real Estate worked with the buyer, 376 Route 108 LLC, affiliated with Rymes Heating Oils, Inc. of Pembroke.
