Jody Keeler of Concord Commercial Real Estate represented Alouette Homes of Quebec, Canada in the $219,000 sale of 2.09 acres of commercial land and two buildings at 851-859 Dover Rd. The property was formerly used by Alouette Homes as their New Hampshire retail sales office.
Brenda Litchfield of Concord Commercial Real Estate worked with the buyer, 376 Route 108 LLC, affiliated with Rymes Heating Oils, Inc. of Pembroke.
Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
