Lang McLaughry Commercial leases 2,500 s/f
Bruce Waters, CCIM, senior broker for Lang McLaughry Commercial, negotiated a long-term lease between Sally Beauty Supply, Inc., owners/operators of Cosmo Prof, tenant, and Peter Johnson Building Supplies, Inc., owners/operators of the Staples Plaza.
The new store is 2,500 s/f and Cosmo Prof will join other plaza tenants such as Pier 1, Staples, Sleepy's Mattress, Lindt Chocolate and Encore Books.
After minor renovations by both the landlord and tenant, the new store will open in early 2012.
Assisting Lang McLaughry was Lerner Real Estate Group, LLC, representing the tenant.

Norwich, CT Tim Hines of Horvath & Tremblay has facilitated the sale of 200 multi-family units totaling $16.24 million. Hines arranged the sale of an 83 unit multi-family portfolio in Cromwell, Middletown and Norwich, Conn. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $9 million.
