Keeler of Concord Commercial brokers $550,000 retail property sale
Jody Keeler of Concord Commercial Real Estate represented the seller, Luisa's Pizzerias, Inc., in the recent sale of Luisa's Restaurants. Luisa's was established in 1980 and has operated two 68 seat restaurants at prime locations at 19 South River Rd., Bedford and Daniel Webster Hwy., Manchester. The property was sold for $550,000.
The buyer, Celebrations Distinctive Catering, a premier provider of quality cuisine and catering services in southern New Hampshire for over 15 years, was represented by counsel.
