Kelleher and Matt of Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates, Inc. handle $2.5 million sale

AllCare Plus Pharmacy, Inc., recently purchased 50 Bearfoot Rd. for $2.5 million, according to William Kelleher IV, principal, of brokerage firm Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates, Inc. The 8.54 acre site, is improved with a well maintained 60,597 s/f flex building is currently 37% leased to SolmeteX, a "green tech" that specializes in water chemistry, hazardous materials and recycling. Kelleher and Paul Matt, vice president, of Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates, Inc. represented the buyer, AllCare Plus in the transaction. The seller, Bearfoot Realty, Inc. was represented by Matthew Morgan at Cushman & Wakefield. AllCare Pharmacy, Inc. intends on renovating a significant portion of the building and relocating its headquarters from Worcester.
