Kelleher and Pentore of Horvath & Tremblay arrange $2 million sale

Charlestown, MA Dennis Kelleher and John Pentore of Horvath & Tremblay, have arranged the sale of 12-14 Summer St. The six unit apartment building sold for $2 million.

12-14 Summer St. is located in the Thompson Sq./Bunker Hill neighborhood of the city. This residential neighborhood is composed of brick and wood row houses.
