Kelleher and Pentore of Horvath & Tremblay arrange $2 million sale
Charlestown, MA Dennis Kelleher and John Pentore of Horvath & Tremblay, have arranged the sale of 12-14 Summer St. The six unit apartment building sold for $2 million.
12-14 Summer St. is located in the Thompson Sq./Bunker Hill neighborhood of the city. This residential neighborhood is composed of brick and wood row houses. Located within walking distance are the Bunker Hill Monument, the Charlestown Navy Yard, Sullivan Sq. Station and the Community College Station.
