Medford, MA Dennis Kelleher and John Pentore of Horvath & Tremblay, have arranged the sale of 161 Salem St. The 24-unit apartment building sold at a price of $5 million.   

161 Salem St. is a brick apartment building consisting of 15 two-bed, one-bath units and 9 one-bed, one-bath units. The property is in an urban location, outside Medford Sq. and off of I-93.  The asset was 100% occupied to subsidized housing. Medford Sq. is a district that mixes restaurants, shops, businesses, and services, while also being a great place to live.
