Kelleher & Sadowsky broker $8.4 million sale 50 Bearfoot Rd. to Chacharone Properties

Northborough, MA Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates has completed the sale of 50 Bearfoot Rd. to Chacharone Properties for $8.4 million. The seller was 50 Bearfoot Road, LLC.

The property is a 62,000 s/f, two-story mixed-use flex building situated on 8.54 acres. Originally built in 1988, the building features a classic flex layout, with 50% of the space dedicated to light manufacturing and warehouse use, and the remaining 50% configured for office and support functions.

Chacharone Properties is a family-owned commercial real estate firm based in Worcester, with a portfolio encompassing nearly two million s/f of office, industrial, and retail space throughout Central Mass.
