Kelleher & Sadowsky finalize 28,655 s/f lease transaction for Bright Planet Solar
Worcester, MA Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates completed a lease transaction for the 28,655 s/f industrial building located at 1451 Grafton St. The tenant, Bright Planet Solar, is a national residential and commercial solar installation company and will utilize the entire facility for its New England regional warehouse and sales office. Brian Johnson of Kelleher & Sadowsky represented the Landlord. Paul Matt and Chris Naff represented Bright Planet Solar.
