Kelleher & Sadowsky represents Minardi LP in 41,375 s/f lease at 200 Donald Lynch Blvd. to Lifeline Systems Company

Marlborough, MA On behalf of Minardi LP, Kelleher & Sadowsky completed a multi-year tenant lease of 41,375 s/f at 200 Donald Lynch Blvd. to Lifeline Systems Company.

Established in 1974, Lifeline is a provider of personal response services (PERS) and emergency call systems, enabling seniors to have two-way communications with assistance professionals. Lifeline Systems, formerly Philips Lifeline, is owned by Connect America, a digital health and safety solutions company located in Bala Cynwyd, PA.

Lifeline is currently located in Framingham. At 200 Donald Lynch, Lifeline will occupy the entire third floor of the 116,786 s/f first class building where it will operate both its office headquarters and a medical alert response center. Occupancy of the new office and call center is expected in 2023.

Minardi LP is a family-run real estate and property management company located in Worcester, Mass. Minardi purchased 150 and 200 Donald Lynch Blvd. in 2018.

In the lease agreement, Kelleher & Sadowsky’s Philip DeSimone, Andrew Sherman, and Brian Johnson represented Minardi as lessor. Colliers International’s Kevin Hanna represented Lifeline Systems as lessee.

With the addition of Lifeline as a tenant, 200 Donald Lynch Blvd. is now 100% occupied. In the last six months, Kelleher & Sadowsky leased almost 100,000 s/f of space at the property.
