Kelleher & Sadowsky's Kelleher and Dunn broker $630,000 sale to 15 Sawin
Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates, Inc. has sold 15 Sawin St. This 4,690 s/f building was sold by CAREBASE, Inc. to 15 Sawin St., LLC for $630,000.
Chelmsford-based Patriot Ambulance, Inc. will operate out of this location providing services to the City of Marlborough. Patriot currently employs over 200 people, and is the provider of emergency and non-emergency medical transport to over 50,000 customers a year.
Tom Kelleher and Peter Dunn, both of Kelleher & Sadsowsky brokered the transaction.
