Keller Williams Commercial brokers $2.9 million sale of 12 Integra Dr. - a mixed-use, 3.76-acre complex

Concord, NH Keller Williams Commercial brokered the sale of a mixed-use, 3.76-acre complex consisting of 21,000 s/f at 12 Integra Dr. David Grappone of KW Commercial represented the seller, John Dapergolas, and Wendy Keeler of Fairway Real Estate represented the buyer, First American Exchange Company LLC.

This complex consists of two buildings – one 16,000 s/f, 10-unit and the other free-standing 5,000 s/f building along with a cell tower. This property consists of industrial, mixed-used tenants and this was a 1031 exchange transaction.

The sale of the property came out to be approximately $138,095 per s/f and according to public record at the Merrimack County Registry of Deeds the property sold for $2.9 million.
