By the time this is published, we will have less than two months on the calendar to get deals closed in 2019. When various holiday breaks are factored in, time is running short. Although everyone in the CRE world is laser focused on this short timeline, and seemingly busier than ever, it is important to remember to reflect on the past year of hard work and good fortune, and find time to give back to those less fortunate.
Our NHCIBOR Cares group will be working with NHCIBOR at our annual holiday party to support the Tower of Toys https://www.facebook.com/toweroftoysnh/. This toy drive started about seven years back, bootstrapped by a number of local business and community leaders and continues to grow each year. With the help of our NHCIBOR membership, we hope to grow it even further!
Please consider supporting this effort by coming to our holiday party December 12th at the Manchester Country Club. In lieu of selling raffle tickets this year, unwrapped toys, gift cards, electronics, clothes and sporting goods are welcome for kids and teens of all ages. If you would like to write a check or bring cash, we will do the shopping for you!
If you cannot attend the party this year, but would still like to help brighten the holidays for children in need in the southern N.H. community, feel free to reach out directly to me and I will be happy to meet you to collect any items you or your office may like to donate. My email is [email protected]. Likewise, if you know of any families in need this year, please connect them with our Facebook page listed above, or email me, and I will gladly answer any questions for them and help them with the process.

Thank you all in advance for your support of this initiative. It is by far my favorite charitable endeavor each year!
