Keller Williams Realty, Inc. recently renewed its lease for 8,000 s/f of office space at 500 Cummings Center. This local franchise, opened in 2002 by Steve Archer and Jason Parisella, handles sales and rentals for residential and commercial real estate.
"Cummings Center is very central and well-known in Beverly," said Parisella regarding his and Archer's choice to base their firm in the nearly 80-acre office park. He said, "With its great reputation and many opportunities for networking with other businesses, we felt it was the most professional option."
Archer cited the full-service lease, including maintenance of the property and grounds, as a major benefit. "We don't have to think about that part of the business, which allows us to do what we do best - real estate. We appreciate our relationship with Cummings, which is why we've committed to staying," said Archer.
According to Mike Farrell, Cummings Properties leasing/property manager, Keller Williams has more than doubled in size during its eight-year history at Cummings Center. "This extension reaffirms their commitment to Cummings Center and speaks to the ongoing success of the firm," Farrell said. "During a short period of time, they have established themselves as leaders on the North Shore, and have done well, notwithstanding the rocky residential economy during the past few years."
Parisella confirmed that business has been good, noting, "We've maintained top market share in Essex County throughout the shifting market."
