According to Triumph Modular Corp., Gregg Kelly has joined the company as director of major projects. Kelly brings with him more than 26 years of experience in every phase of modular construction from design and estimating to project management and site construction.
At Triumph Modular, Kelly will be providing technical expertise and guidance to project managers and sales personnel as well as managing the estimating, scheduling and processes teams. He will also be managing the compliance of safety protocols for all work sites.

Formerly president and COO of a major commercial modular manufacturer, American Modular, Kelly was responsible for developing and implementing corporate goals, operating plans and budgets as well as directing the design, estimating, purchasing, production and project management departments.
Kelly received his undergraduate degree in business administration from the University of Hartford in Hartford, Conn. and has pursued continued studies in construction management at the Rensselaer Hartford Graduate Center.
He is a past director and vice president of The Modular Building Institute (MBI) and has served as an expert panelist in gain-sharing systems for Connecticut business and industry seminars. A member of the National Association of Home Builders, Kelly is a certified Aging-in-Place Specialist Designee. He is active in his hometown of New Hartford, Connecticut, serving on the Town's Board of Finance, Facilities Taskforce and School Building Committee.
