Kennedy of Largo R.E. Advisors arranges $1.875 million in financing

Christopher Kennedy, account executive for Largo R. E. Advisors arranged construction and permanent financing in the amount of $1.875 million to renovate an office building located along North St. Kennedy secured a 10-year fixed rate loan and 20-year amortization schedule for the borrower.
