Kenney of ARC Realty Advisors signs two tenants at Shaw's Plaza

According to Ray Kenney of ARC Realty Advisors, two new tenants have signed leases and opened stores at Shaw's Plaza owned by Northstar Centers, LLC. Petco, represented by Atlantic Retail Properties, has leased 13,500 s/f and Twice the Fun, and indoor children's play center, has leased 5,000 s/f. Kenney said, "Northstar recognized the need to add these quality retailers to their center." Other tenants in the center includes Shaw's Supermarket, Bed Bath & Beyond, Rocky's Ace Hardware, Rite Aid, Olympia Sports, Panera Bread, and others. ARC Realty Advisors, LLC is a retail leasing firm based in Boston, Mass. specializing in landlord representation.

Melrose, MA Dennis Kelleher and John Pentore of Horvath & Tremblay have facilitated the sale of 47 units spread across two multi-family properties in totaling $13.7 million. Kelleher and Pentore facilitated the sale of 333 Main St. and 447 Pleasant St.
