Kent, Fahey and O'Leary of DTZ FHO Ptrs. complete leases to Arbella

According to DTZ FHO Partners, Arbella Ins. Group has renewed its leases at 11 Riverside Dr. and 101 Edgewater Dr. in Wakefield, Mass. The lease agreement consists of 13,000 s/f and 13,554 s/f of class A office space. Located in the Lakeville Corp. Park on Rte. 105, 11 Riverside Dr. is one of several commercial retail buildings in the park close to Rtes. 24, 44, and I-495. 101 Edgewater Dr. is one of seven buildings in Edgewater Office Park and consists of 77,214 s/f of office space. It is managed by JRT Realty Group, Inc. Partners Tom Kent and Rick Fahey, as well as senior associate Mike O'Leary at DTZ FHO represented Arbella Capital in the property renewals.
