Kent, Fahey and Rizzo of DTZ FHO Ptrs. broker 16,285 s/f lease

According to DTZ FHO Partners the University of Phoenix has leased 16,285 s/f of office space at Two Adams Place to serve as the university's South Shore campus. University of Phoenix will be relocating from 100 Grossman Dr. Owned by HRPT Properties Trust, Two Adams Place is located on Granite St. at the intersection of Rte. 3, I-93, and Rte. 128 on the Quincy/Braintree line.  The site is nine miles south of Boston. Tom Kent, partner, Rick Fahey, partner and Leeanne Rizzo, senior associate at DTZ FHO Partners, represented the property owner, HRPT Properties Trust.   Jim Graham at Transwestern represented the tenant, University of Phoenix.
