Keogh and Koogler of NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs broker $1.8m sale

Worcester, MA To start off 2022, the NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs’ office team of James Keogh and Evan Koogler represented the buyers of the building located at 51 Gage St. The 65,000 s/f structure was purchased for $1.8 million on January 12^th. The property will be used as an educational institution and immigration resources center.

The buyer, non-profit African Community Education (ACE), is a local organization that empowers African refugees and immigrant youth through education, leadership, and cultural programming.
