Kerrigan and Flanagan of Grubb & Ellis represent ZINK in 80,000 s/f lease at Bedford Business Park

Grubb & Ellis Co. represented ZINK Imaging in its lease of 80,000 s/f at 4G Crosby Dr. "We are thrilled with the new home for ZINK Imaging and have been impressed with Grubb & Ellis's persistence and determination throughout our search for a new corporate headquarters, said Wendy Caswell, CEO of ZINK Imaging ZINK is the inventor and producer of "disruptive printing technology," eliminating the need for ink cartridges or ribbons. Jack Kerrigan, executive vice president, and Anne Flanagan, senior account manager, represented ZINK Imaging. "The property offered ZINK Imaging the ideal layout to house both their global headquarters and their research and development functions," said Kerrigan. Bedford Business Park is owned by Boston Props. Bedford Business Park is a master-planned campus that will be the headquarters of ZINK Imaging and iRobot. Boston Props. was represented by Stacey Baker, vice president of Boston Props.
