Kerrigan and Whitney of Avison Young complete 30,995 s/f lease on behalf of landlord Spinelli Commercial Properties

Wilmington, MA Avison Young has leased 30,995 s/f at 46 Jonspin Rd. on behalf of landlord Spinelli Commercial Properties to Limbach Company LLC.

Limbach has signed a seven-year lease and will relocate from its current Woburn location in November. The mechanical contractor’s lease brings 46 Jonspin Rd. to full occupancy.

The 46 Jonspin Rd. site is located within North Wilmington Business Park, which provides easy access to I-93 and Rte. 125 and is situated less than six miles from both I-495 and I-95.

Tenants have access to many amenities less than three miles from the park, including multiple health clubs, major shops, diverse restaurants and the Tewksbury Country Club. Current park tenants include L3 Communications, IBC Advanced Alloys and UniFirst.
