Kerrigan and Whitney of Avison Young handle 15,000 s/f lease on behalf of the landlord, Spinelli Commercial Properties

According to Avison Young, Spinelli Commercial Properties has completed a long-term, 15,000 s/f lease renewal with Stapla Ultrasonics Corp., a leader in ultrasonic metal welding technology, at 250 Andover St. Avison Young principal Jack Kerrigan and associate Colin Whitney represented Spinelli. The Stubblebine Company represented Stapla. 250 Andover St. is a two-story, 31,696 s/f office/flex building located in North Wilmington Business Park, a six-building, 350,000 s/f master planned campus comprising office and flex/R&D space developed by Spinelli. "Stapla has been a valued tenant of North Wilmington Business Park for more than a decade," said Rachele DePamphilis, CEO of Spinelli. "We are very pleased to continue our longstanding relationship and wish the firm continued success." Founded in the United States in 1986, Stapla is a subsidiary of Schunk Sonosystems, a member of the Schunk Group, headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany. Stapla and Schunk Sonosystems, combined, are the largest manufacturer of ultrasonic metal welding products worldwide. "Spinelli Commercial Properties' ability to continue renewing and expanding Stapla and other major tenants, including L3 and Rudolph Technologies, within the park is a testament to how well Spinelli's properties are built, maintained and managed," said Kerrigan. "Rachele DePamphilis is a local, hands-on, responsive landlord to all of her tenants in Wilmington, Cambridge and Belmont." North Wilmington Business Park's highlights include strong curb appeal, flexible interior spaces andample parking. The park offers easy access to I-93 and Rte. 125. Many amenities are located less than three miles from the park, including multiple health clubs, major shops and diverse restaurants. A recently opened Target and Dunkin Donuts are less than a mile away. Spinelli is a full-service commercial real estate development company, with corporate headquarters in Cambridge.
