According to Avison Young, Spinelli Commercial Properties has completed a long-term, 15,000 s/f lease renewal with Stapla Ultrasonics Corp., a leader in ultrasonic metal welding technology, at 250 Andover St.
Avison Young principal Jack Kerrigan and associate Colin Whitney represented Spinelli. The Stubblebine Company represented Stapla.
250 Andover St. is a two-story, 31,696 s/f office/flex building located in North Wilmington Business Park, a six-building, 350,000 s/f master planned campus comprising office and flex/R&D space developed by Spinelli.
