Kerrigan, Cook and Coelho of Avison Young broker 15,000 s/f lease on behalf of the tenant, Questex Media Group LLC

Avison Young has completed a 15,000 s/f office lease renewal on behalf of Questex Media Group LLC (Questex) at 275 Grove St. located in Riverside Center. Jack Kerrigan and Steve Cook, both principals in Avison Young's Boston office, and vice president Mark Coelho represented Questex in negotiations with landlord, Hines Global REIT. "A growing global enterprise, Questex hosts more than 50 tradeshows, conferences, and other business events throughout the year," said Kerrigan. "Convenient location and accessibility to Logan Airport were major factors in the company's decision to remain at Riverside Center." Located at the junction of the Mass. Tpke. and Rte. 128, Riverside Center is a 510,000 s/f complex that comprises three, four-story buildings connected by a glass-enclosed atrium. The property sits immediately adjacent to the MBTA Riverside Station, providing direct access to downtown Boston, Cambridge, and the western suburbs.
