Avison Young principals Jack Kerrigan and Steve Cook along with Bill Sullivan, Mark Coelho and Colin Whitney represented the landlord, SFR Holdings LLC. Partner Robert Richards of Transwestern RBJ represented the tenant, EnVivo Pharmaceuticals.
