Boston, MA KeyBank Real Estate Capital (KBREC) has appointed Jonathan Wood as a senior mortgage banker focused on multifamily lending in the Northeast. Wood is responsible for originating loans for the multifamily sector through Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, CMBS, life companies, and debt funds. He is based in the city, and reports to Dirk Falardeau, KBREC Commercial Mortgage Group regional manager.

Wood brings more than 20 years of experience in commercial mortgage banking. Prior to joining Key, he was a managing director at Lument, where he was responsible for sourcing clients and maintaining relationships with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Previously, Wood held positions at Capital One as senior vice president and early in his career as an FHA prescreen manager at Deutsche Bank Berkshire Mortgage.
