KeyPoint Partners awarded three new retail leasing assignments

KeyPoint Partners, LLC has been awarded three new exclusive retail leasing contracts, according to Robert Lemons, managing partner and director of leasing for the firm. Assignments include 44 Granite St. (Rte. 37) in Braintree, a retail center close to South Shore Plaza. Tenants at 44 Granite St. include Men's Wearhouse and FedEx, and there is an available 3,540 s/f in-line space; Buttonwoods Plaza, a 60,272 s/f center in Warwick, R.I.; and 476 Boston Tpke. (Rte. 9), a stand-alone 24,522 s/f former Borders location in Shrewsbury.
