Long of Capstone Props. sells 7,076 s/f grocery store for $565,000
Jane Long, a broker with Capstone Properties, sold 151 Pocasset Ave. for $565,000 to Myles Standish Associates.
The 7,076 s/f Popular Super Meat Market retail site was sold by Mara Rae Holdings.
