KeyPoint Partners brings 13,585 s/f ULTA to The Crossings at Fox Run

ULTA Beauty will open a store at The Crossings at Fox Run, according to Robert Lemons, managing partner of KeyPoint Partners, LLC, the Burlington, Mass. commercial real estate service firm that manages and leases the center. Don Mace, vice president of leasing, negotiated the lease transaction. ULTA will occupy a 13,585 s/f space at The Crossings between Kitchen & Company and Old Navy. The opening is planned for the fall. The Crossings at Fox Run is a 475,000 s/f power center adjacent to the Fox Run Mall at the center of the Newington/Portsmouth retail market.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
