KeyPoint Partners, LLC has added several new assignments to its portfolio, according to Bob Lemons, the firm's managing partner.
Combined leasing and property management assignments include Crosspointe Plaza, a 94,000 s/f retail center in Naugatuck; Tyngsboro Crossing (formerly TJ Maxx Plaza), a 180,400 s/f retail center in Tyngsboro, Mass.; 2100 Washington St., Hanover, Mass., a 20,000 s/f retail/office property; and Merchant's Row, a 63,700 s/f retail center also on Washington St. in Hanover.
Vice president of leasing Don Mace is handling these assignments.
KeyPoint Partners has been named property manager for Woonsocket Medical Building, a 53,000 square foot office property on John A Cummings Way in Woonsocket, R.I.
