KeyPoint Partners named leasing agent for Sugar River Plaza

According to Bob Lemons, managing partner of the firm KeyPoint Partners has been engaged as exclusive leasing agent for Sugar River Plaza. Waterstone Retail Development awarded the contract. Sugar River Plaza is a 116,826 s/f grocery-anchored strip center located at John Stark Highway. Rtes. 103/11, anchored by Shaw's and Ocean State Job Lot. Tenants include Aubuchon Hardware, Movie Gallery, NH State Liquor Store, Rent-A-Center, and Family Dollar. Sugar River Plaza is one of the largest shopping center in the Sunapee Lakes Region, and the Shaw's at the center is one of the major grocer within seven miles. A complete renovation of the center's facade is in process, which will be completed by the spring of 2008.
