KeyPoint Partners negotiates sale of 2-20 Tremont St. for $2.5 million - consists of 5,600 s/f of retail and a small freestanding residential apartment

Brighton, MA KeyPoint Partners (KPP) represented the seller and procured the buyer in the sale of 2-20 Tremont St. for $2.5 million, according to Jonathan Aron, vice president of investment sales for the firm.

2-20 Tremont St., built circa 1930, is a single-story building with approximately 5,600 s/f of retail storefronts and a small freestanding residential apartment, located in the middle of Oak Sq. in the city. Tenants at the fully-leased property include restaurants and services.
