KeyPoint Partners negotiates sale of 253,000 s/f Hooksett Village Shops - anchored by Shaw’s, Ocean State Job Lot and Tractor Supply

Hooksett, NH KeyPoint Partners, LLC (KPP) has negotiated the sale of Hooksett Village Shops for an undisclosed price. KPP vice president of investment sales Jonathan Aron represented the seller and procured the buyer in the transaction.

Hooksett Village Shops is a 253,000 s/f shopping center located on Hooksett Rd. (Rte. 3). The center is anchored by a recently-remodeled Shaw’s, Ocean State Job Lot, and Tractor Supply. The center also includes Empire Beauty School, USPS, JoAnn Fabrics, Express Fitness, Subway, and other quality tenants.
