KeyPoint Partners negotiates sale of Center Plaza

Center Plaza, 4 South Main Street - West Bridgewater, MA

West Bridgewater, MA KeyPoint Partners, LLC (KPP) has negotiated the sale of Center Plaza. KPP vice president of investment sales Jonathan Aron represented the seller and procured the buyer. The sale price was not disclosed.

“This shopping center provides a strong mix of convenience oriented tenants, most of which have been at the property for many years”, Aron said. “It represents a strong result for the seller and a stable, diversified income stream for the new owner.”

Center Plaza is a fully leased 12,847 s/f shopping center located at 4 South Main St. The asset is at the signalized intersection of Rtes. 28 and 106. Tenants include AT&T, Crystal’s Kitchen, Zorba’s Pizza, Macy’s Liquors, West Nail Salon, and Harbor One ATM. CVS, Dunkin Donuts, and Cumberland Farms are located on the complimentary corners.
