KeyPoint Partners, LLC has opened a satellite office at Colony Place, according to William Lawler, partner and director of property and asset management. The Burlington, Mass.-based commercial real estate service firm, which manages Colony Place, has moved staff and services to the existing management office at the center from its former Middleboro, Mass. office.
"Colony Place is a marquee property in our management portfolio," said Lawler. "This location will allow us to serve the tenants more efficiently. We're pleased to strengthen our management presence at Colony Place, and enhance our great relationship with Saxon Partners on this high quality asset."
Colony Place, located off Rte. 44 near Rte. 3, is the largest open-air shopping center in southeastern Massachusetts at over 865,000 s/f.
Norwich, CT Tim Hines of Horvath & Tremblay has facilitated the sale of 200 multi-family units totaling $16.24 million. Hines arranged the sale of an 83 unit multi-family portfolio in Cromwell, Middletown and Norwich, Conn. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $9 million.
