Linear Retail acquires 10,204 s/f Millennium Place in Boston

Linear Retail Properties, LLC, has acquired commercial space at 558-578 Washington St., a retail condominium located on the ground floor of the Millennium Place luxury residential condominium building. The 10,204 s/f unit is located in Boston's Downtown Crossing neighborhood between Hayward Place and Avenue de Lafayette. The condo is demised into three separate retail units. Two of the units are occupied by Legal Crossing (a Legal Sea Foods restaurant) and London-based Caffé Nero. The third unit is 1,600 s/f and is currently available for lease. The property is located across the street from the Ritz-Carlton Hotel-Boston Common, Sports Club/LA-Boston, The Paramount Center, Boston Opera House, and within a block of three MBTA stations - Boylston, Downtown Crossing and Chinatown. Aubrey Cannuscio, partner of acquisitions of Linear Retail said, "We are thrilled to have purchased this great retail condo in the groundbreaking new Millennium Place development, expanding our interest in the resurgence of Downtown Crossing."
