KeyPoint Partners, LLC will represent Gentle Dental as the dental care company seeks multiple retail locations throughout New England, according to Robert Lemons, managing partner of the commercial real estate services firm.
Rob Grady, vice president of leasing, and Michael Branton, senior leasing associate, are heading up the expansion effort. Gentle Dental currently has 29 locations in Mass. and Southern N.H., and is seeking to add a number of locations throughout New England.
Preferred sites are approximately 3,000 s/f, in grocery-anchored centers, convenience centers, or town centers, but all sites will be considered.
Gentle Dental is known for providing quality affordable dental care in convenient locations.
