KeyPoint Ptrs. awarded property management at Shoppes at Long Pond

According to William Lawler, partner and director of property and asset management of KeyPoint Partners, LLC, the firm has been awarded the property management contract for The Shoppes at Long Pond. The Shoppes at Long Pond is a new 18,000 s/f retail center located on Long Pond Rd. at exit 5 off Rte. 3, across from the Shops at 5. Tenants at the center include Starbucks and Scottrade. KeyPoint Partners currently manages and/or leases several properties in town, including Colony Place and Shaw's Plaza.
