King & Newton LLC commercial real estate has brokered the sale of the 3,000 s/f retail property at 65 Franklin St.
The property consists of a one story masonry building located in the center of Westfield on Rte. 20.
The property was purchased by Meyers Enterprises, Inc. from Nowak, Stanley and renovated into a laundromat.
Thomas King, CCIM of King & Newton negotiated the $300,000 sale.
