King & Newton brokers two sales totaling $1.26 million
Thomas King, CCIM of King & Newton, LLC negotiated the $835,000 sale of 122 Doty Circle. The 17,000 s/f industrial building was sold to Balise Automotive Realty by David Welch.
The property consists of one single story modern industrial building located in a well-kept office/industrial park with access to I-91/I-90. The property was renovated into first class offices for use as Balise Automotive Corp. offices and was net leased at time of sale.
King also brokered the $425,500 sale of an apartment complex at 65 Belmont Ave., Springfield. The seller was Banco Popular North America. The buyer is Lorilee Development, LLC.
The property consists of a 4-story brick garden style apartment building containng 16 rental units.
