Chicopee, MA Thomas King, CCIM of King & Newton, LLC Commercial Real Estate represented the owners and procured the buyer in the sale of Townhouse Gardens Apartments located at 31 Theroux Dr. The selling price was $11 million. Aker Turn, LLC, et al sold the property to Maple Ridge Apartments, LLC.
Townhouse Gardens Apartments consists of fifteen 2 and 2½ story brick apartment buildings containing 136 residential apartments units located on 13 acres. Townhouse Gardens is one of the area’s finest apartment complexes in the area with park-like grounds, picnic areas, swimming pool, and on-site parking. The property has access to I-90, 91, and 391.
